The Autoguide Oil Transfer Trailer is a compact, self-contained solution for handling transformer oil during substation maintenance or emergency callouts. Designed with utility teams in mind, it ensures fast, safe, and clean oil transfers with minimal setup.

Key features include:

  • Twin 500L Tanks – One for clean oil and one for waste oil. The twin tank setup ensures the trailer remains stable and balanced on the road, with a consistent centre of gravity regardless of whether you're carrying 1000L of clean oil, 1000L of waste oil, or a combination of both. You can carry up to 1000L total at any time.

  • Remote Pump Control – Now standard with a long-range remote. This allows operators to control the pump from a distance, improving efficiency and safety on-site.

  • 20m Retractable Hose Reels – Provide extended reach without hassle, keeping hoses tidy and protected.

  • Compact and Mobile – Purpose-built for substation environments and easy towing between sites.

  • Maximum Empty Weight: 1735kg.
