The Autoguide Rock Master vibrating torque head

A unique combination of rotary drilling and hammer action enables the user to drill holes or screw anchors in a fraction of the time normally taken.

Designed to excel in rocky or exeptionally tough conditions, the Rock Master is capable of drilling a 300mm hole 1 meter deep in granite in 1 hour.

As an auger will drill soil or rock without modification

Will install Chance Rock Anchors without needing a pilot hole in fissured or fractured rock

Damping protects the crane/excavator from vibration fatigue

Installed on machines reaching from 750kg to 50 tonnes, the autoguide range of torque heads are capable of installing piles in ground conditions varying from swamp-like conditions to broken rock.

Wherever standard units are not suitable, Autoguide specialises in custom built solutions for all applications.

Our in-house repair and calibration service ensures that our products always perform to specification. Units are normally supplied with standard flange output shafts for ease of adaptation for all screw pile connections.
